Interested in cleansing your colon naturally? You can use items in your home, local grocery or health food store that you can utilize for a good flush of your system.
It is not recommended that you practice these methods more than thirty days before giving your system time to renew and heal. You may not see results immediately but trust that the cleanse is working. The listed methods may be used individually or in combination. I personally like to try one method at a time to test which method is effective and which method is not. I also check for unwanted side effects or results. For example, cayenne does not agree with my stomach. Therefore, I steer away from any method that calls for cayenne pepper.
